Shipping Questions
What shipping options are available?
We provide Standard Shipping, which typically takes 7 to 10 business days, as well as Express Shipping, which usually arrives within 3 to 5 business days.
When will you ship my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. We ship during business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is placed.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
The estimated total delivery time is between 4-10 business days, which includes a processing time of 3-5 business days followed by a shipping time of 4-9 business days, depending on your shipping address.
If you choose customization, this time will be extended by 4-7 business days.
Will my order be shipped in one package?
Multiple-item orders may be shipped in separate packages based on stock availability. You will receive tracking information via email once your order is fulfilled and shipped.
How can I follow the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information via email. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment. If you do not receive an email or have questions about your order, you can contact us at support@gracehui.com
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship to most countries, excluding remote areas. Please note that import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country, and these costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. If you cannot find your shipping address during checkout, it means we cannot ship to that location.
Returns Questions
How do I cancel an order?
We'll get to work on your order within 24 hours of receiving it. If you need to cancel, please reach out to us at support@gracehui.com within 6 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that if your order has already entered production or has been shipped, we won't be able to cancel it.
How can I make returns or exchanges?
If your order arrives with manufacturing defects or damage incurred during packaging or transit, please reach out to us for a reissue or refund. please reach out to us at support@gracehui.com within 3 days of delivery. To assist us in swiftly evaluating the issue and determining the best resolution, we kindly request:
- A clear photo of the received item(s).
- A wider shot of the area where the issue can be seen for easy identification.
- A photo of the label is attached to the package.
Can I make an exchange?
We offer a 30-day exchange on all eligible items. Please have your order confirmation email or order number. All items must meet the same return qualifications listed in our Returns Policy to qualify for an exchange.

We are committed to sustainable production, utilizing recyclable materials such as brass, sterling silver, and 10k gold, and recycling any production waste for different castings. We never use cheap base metals that can peel and harm the skin. We carefully select the highest quality precious and semi-precious gemstones in a variety of colors, patterns, and textures.
